Frequently asked questions
- Do you supply the fabric?
- Yes — we carry over 600 fabrics in our showroom. You're welcome to bring your own as well; we'll quote making it up.
- How wide can a single curtain be?
- Up to 3 m / 10 ft per panel without a seam. Wider windows use two or more panels.
- Can curtains be motorised after installation?
- Yes, but it's far easier to plan motors during the initial install — let us know in your consultation.
- Are the curtains machine-washable?
- Most are dry-clean only. We supply a care card for every order with the manufacturer's exact instructions.
- What's lead time?
- Four to six weeks for in-stock fabric, longer for special orders. We confirm dates in writing on every order.
